Happy weekend! When I have plans in the winter, there is often the dilemma of looking nice vs. being practical for the weekend. I think an outfit like this is the best of both worlds. I have talked before about wearing blazers different ways. I usually purchase blazers for work or interview outfits, bu I love to re wear them in different ways. Earlier this week, I wore this blazer to work with a nice blouse underneath and work pants. This particular blazer is extra fun because of its more slouchy construction and fit, but it can be dressed up or down. Back in the fall, I wore it with jeans, a striped tee and riding boots. This time around I layered a simple slouchy tee underneath, my favorite skinny jeans, and gray ankle boots, with simple accessories of my favorite KJP watch, and Southern Proper plaid hat that I have worn so many ways through the fall and winter.
Before heading downtown we stopped in Delaware Park to snap some quick outfit photos despite the cold, and there was the most beautiful light drifting snowfall. Although I am definitely ready for spring, snow is always beautiful.

What are some other ways you like to wear blazers, or other wardrobe staples in new or unexpected ways? I hope everyone has a great upcoming week.
